How It All Began

Experience & Innovation

Kevin Hartigan started in construction in 1977, handling all aspects of carpentry from framing to finish. He later partnered with Terrence Foley, also a general contractor, to undertake joint venture projects.
Together, they developed innovative methods to strengthen and repair older buildings. Kevin gained valuable experience and knowledge that established the company’s values and discipline for tackling complex projects with unique challenges. This expertise later carried into hospital construction, agricultural processing facilities, and high-efficiency buildings that continue to this day.

Where We Stand

Excellence Without Compromise

In 2024, the company began a new chapter: Terrence Foley retired, and longtime superintendent Jessie Canchola became a partner, bringing energy and vision as Vice President of Operations to help take the company to the next level.

We’re collaborative by nature and creative by necessity. Over four decades, we’ve worked across Ventura, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara counties, bringing our thorough, thoughtful approach to homes, schools, hospitals, manufacturing plants, and commercial buildings of every kind. Each project benefits from our deep expertise in design, energy efficiency, sustainable building materials, and environmental impact—but more importantly, from a team that genuinely cares about doing things right.
